so we're waiting for the proseal of the fuel tanks to dry, and until then we can't do the aileron linkage etc, so we final drilled the bottom skins and dimpled, so the bottom skins are ready to go on. during this process, i fit the Gretz heated pitot. no pics of that, but there's a couple of the wings...

and now we start working on the fuselage!! first, you build some bulkheads, and that starts with peeling off the blue stuff and marking...The big gold thing is the pre-fabricated bulkhead that we're working with. it's what ultimately bolts on to the wings. it comes anodized and purty lookin. First, we do some match drilling of brackets. Then we install the landing gear attach point. this is a big welded steel bracket that has been powdercoated. you just bolt it on and match drill some holes. After that, we prime and rivet these bracket halves together.

Then we move on to a second bulkhead, which goes with the first one kind of like two halves that the wing spar gets bolted between. Just makin more Brackets that get riveted to the spar. i think they're seat brackets or something. we'll see.
