It's time to take it all apart, deburr and dimple. i have a feeling i'm going to be saying that a lot. i guess the driveway is as good a place as any for the alodining process. We basically clean the parts with alumiprep, and then soak the parts in the alodine. if the part is too big, we try to just paint the alodine on. i figure it's better than not doing it, and then it all gets covered in epoxy primer anyway. the airplane will definitely outlast both of us, and the primer continues to impress me with it's toughness.
