well, forgot to take pictures of all the action, but it suffices to say that riveting the trailing edge was suitably scary. After reading about how everyone's got a different take on it, i decided to go with the proseal, and then I used the Tim Olson and friends alternating rivet idea. the trailing edge turned out perfect. straight as can be, and i just have to clean a bit of proseal smudges off the edge. here's the edge roll that was way more of a pain in the ass. I also struggled with the counterbalance weight. Hard to get the bend in the skin just right, but in the end, I think I dialed it in pretty well. Again, just going by the directions.
