Yep.  Been putting off checking the fuel tanks for leaks for some reason.  On this day, we had some help though, and I thought I’d take advantage of the extra hands to install the fuel tanks on the wings.  Sam and Angelica are some skydiving friends of ours who came over to get their hands dirty for the day, and we got a bunch done.  It was nice for a change to have airplane building be a social activity too.  Anyway, first I put Sam on air-pump patrol to pressurize the tanks, then we squirted soapy water all over and looked for bubbles.  LEAK FREE!  Hooray!  That means it’s time to install the tanks on the wings.  We all pitched in and did a bunch of screwing, and now they’re on there!  Finally, the wings look like wings.  Cool.  After that, we wrapped up the day by deburring and assembling the rudder pedals.  We didn’t bother to paint them before we riveted them because we’re planning on sending them out for powdercoat anyway.  It was fun to get Sam and Angelica to set some rivets.  I think they found the pneumatic squeezer as satisfying to rivet with as I do.
