Aahhh the flap gap fairing. Not very glamourous, but necessary. here we go... But first - Bethany sez, since we are priming, we should do the first thing on the fuselage, because it starts with making two angles, and priming. so we'll do that too.


All you do on this part is cut the angle to fit the bulkhead, then clamp it on and match drill it.


Then we prep for the flap gap priming - hit it with scotchbrite for adhesion, then clean it, and fire away with the primer. After I riveted them on, I put the ailerons and flaps on the wings to really see how they look. Neato.

Then we start clecoing the bottom skins on. That's a big wing. We're jumping around a bit here, but there are just a bunch of little things to do.
